QUALITY POLICY
The DOBM is committed to promote and support effective learning and teaching. DOBM will contribute to the development of a knowledge society through equitable access and broadening participation in higher education.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
1. DBOM would select meritorious students who have consistent academic record
2. DOBA will have knowledge delivery system through a combination of academic achievers and Industry experts.
3. The knowledge delivery process and content will be reviewed to meet the current and future Industry needs.
ABOUT DOBM
The DOBM established in the A.Y 2009-10 with initial intake of 60(sixty) student to offer M.B.A 2yr course. Admissions are made through ICET, the course is recognized by AICTE and affiliated to J.N.T.U.H Dept is about to receive first yr. students with this total students strength will be 120 (one hundred and twenty).
Dept aims for the visionary leadership, out standing human resource, commitment to the cause of higher education in a spirit of service, a passion for excellence, and the restless pursuit of quality.

INDUSTRY INTERACTION
There is a provision of Industrial tour to get knowledge of various functions of
management subject and to help them gain an understanding of best practices in the real world. This industrial tour will also give the students an Idea about the responsibilities of their specializations in the real atmosphere.
CAREER COUNSELING AND PLACEMENT SERVICES
The Dept facilitates the students to choose right career as per their ability and strength in this process they get enroll in J.K.C which gives them training in various aspects of Career Counseling, J.K.C arranges in Campus and Off Campus placement facility during and after the M.B.A course. Students are molded in such a manner that they will be exactly fit to the industry requirements.

The ever challenging and upcoming Department of Business Management is headed by Mr.P.Girish Kumar who is well qualified and experienced in Teaching & Research. He is the holder of three Post Graduations such as M.Com., M.B.A., and M.Phil. He is presently pursuing Ph.D in Management Science to further enhance and update current trends in education and research.
His total experience is 15 years. He has set the various Management related papers of B.Tech (Dairy Technology) course of Osmania University. He has attended and presented papers in 8 national conferences and one international conference. He is also N.S.S. program officer of the college by which he gets involved in social service to the needy people of the society.
